We will try and accommodate all reasonable requests.
Not as a rule. If you’re regular clean falls on a bank holiday we will liaise with you to re arrange for the next nearest working day convenient to you, or refund any monies paid.
Please contact us if you wish to discuss a special bank holiday service. Please note additional charges will apply.
No. We understand our clients lead a busy life which is why we offer a secure key holding service.
Yes. The security of your property is paramount.
Your keys will be kept in a key safe and will not be labelled with your name or address.
All keys are signed in and out by your cleaner and on receiving them they will safeguard them whilst in their possession.
A copy of our key holding policy is available on requests.
We understand that like us sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances you can get delayed, and if possible we would ask that you call 07902 451889 to let us know.
If we have not received a call, your cleaner will contact the office who will give you a call on the contact numbers you have provided to gain an estimated time of arrival.
Whenever possible the cleaner will wait for you to arrive.
If the cleaner is unable to gain access within 20 minutes of the agreed service time it is unlikely that they will be able to complete the service for that day. Unfortunately we will have no option but to charge for the service in full as we will still be required to pay our team.
Yes, although due to holidays and illness another uniformed and trained member of the team may need to act as cover from time to time.
We will always endeavour to arrive at the time you have requested, however please be aware that sometimes we may encounter delays out of our control, such as additional requests by clients or traffic. Please allow 30 minutes either side of our specified time to accommodate for such delays.
Please be assured that you will always receive the allotted time service you are paying for.
If for any reason the delay is likely to be longer than 30 minutes, we will call to advice you and take any action to ensure our service to you is not compromised and that you are happy.
It is extremely important to us to provide the service our client’s need, when they need it.
As a Diamond Clean client you are paying for our time, with that comes the flexibility to change your cleaning requirements to suit your needs.
Our cleaners will have been given your cleaning requirements based on our initial visit;
If you wish to make changes to your regular clean, simply email or call our office 48hrs before your clean is due to take place.
Alternatively simply leave a signed note on your kitchen table or breakfast bar for our team to see when they arrive. Please ensure the note lists everything you would like to be done on that visit.
Our team will aim to complete your new requests in the time allocated, however if this has not been possible, the office will contact you.

If you wish to suspend or cancel your cleaning service for whatever reason, we require 72hrs notice, either by emailing email@example.com or by calling our office on 01704 469662 / 07902 451889 at which time you will be given a cancellation code as verification your request has been actioned.
We cannot accept cancellations via your cleaner.
Please note you may still be charged for our service if the required notice has not been given.
Domestic clients do not need to sign a contract, all that we ask is that 72 hours’ notice is given should you wish to terminate our services.

Diamond Clean is a local independent family run business started by myself Tina MacDonald.
As a mother of 5 I am no stranger to the work involved in keeping a clean and tidy home, a skill that I have transferred and expanded on to meet my commercial client’s needs.
I wanted to start a cleaning service that offered customers an affordable, diligent, reliable and most of all flexible individual service with customer satisfaction as my main objective.
I listen to my clients and I want to exceed their expectations. If clients have any issues please call me directly and I will endeavour to rectify the issue immediately.
The Diamond Clean team will always arrive in uniform and are insured; security checked and fully trained to complete the best possible service.
